Growler, just do it.
Mine was a basic machine and it has a time delay on it if I want to use it. I worked from home yesterday afternoon, so at 1600hr's, water in the machine, farmhouse flour mix on top, pressed the start button, 1900hr's ready for tea.
I could have put the water and flour in at 0700hr's and set an eight hour delay (up to 15hr delay) on it as I left the house and it would have been ready at the same time if I wanted. The smell is wonderful, the texture and flavour superb, and the satisfaction that I made that..... OK, the machine helped a bit like
Oh, and Snoopy, Lidl's in Blazing Smoke do dried yeast in sachets, and as you said, a selection of different flour mixes too
