Making a granary loaf yesterday I accidentally turned the machine off at the end of the doughing stage. I turned it back on and the doughing began all over again, so it got well pummelled.
I just sliced the loaf
It consists of a thick crust containing one mahoosive bubble.
If you accidentally turn it off again take the dough out of the machine. Use "floured" hands. Shape the dough into a "Bloomer" on a floured surface and bake it in the oven.
Alternatively make the dough into bread rolls and again bake them in the oven.
Works well if you have a power cut too but you will have to knead the dough and leave it to rise for half an hour.
