I enjoy him ~ in some guises.

He can be entertaining, he writes well and he can play a comic part.

Who, in the modern era, would have made such a superb Jeeves?

Oh That ~ I've only caught one (the first one I think) ~ quite enjoyed it TBH.


Do you listen via the net or have a DAB Radio? If so Radio 7 is a good alternative I find. Lots of old programmes from the halcyon days of wireless.

Generally I like him but just sometimes I do wish he would "give it a rest" as it were.

Wot Uncle said.  Am listening now and it's not too bad but then I am in and out of the room so am not hearing all of it.
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
