The biggest rip off in the whole world must be.....

.... be WEDDING DRESSES !!!!!!  £1,ooo just to be worn ONE day WTF is all that about ????? Anybody spending that sort of money on such utter garbage must be complete and utterly barmey point:

How do the makers of these garments justify the price ? Its bloody robbery

Fortunately our girls were "mature" brides being settled in relationships and financially secure turned down dads offer to stump up for a wedding of a quicky church do and a plate of sandwiches in the church hall for a few friends happy088

Correct. It's robbery alright, but it's a captive audience matey. "Pay our prices" or take it or leave it I'm afraid.
I dare say there's quite a bit of work involved in actually making one to measure though.

What's brought this rant on anyway?

 Bin married 40 years but wouldn't bother now at those prices noooo:

Just noticed prices in a shop window . Thought it was a miss print £1000 !! Thats about £100 per wear hour  eeek: eeek:. Fook that !!
