Furnishing advice

Need to buy bed, sofa and sofa bed. Any recommendations? Have checked John lewis and so on, but there must be tons of deals on (there always are for some reason).

Avoid Ikea.

Fine for soft furnishings, plants or even kitchen wares and crockery BUT crap for sofas and beds.

You could try Ebay, M and S have a sale on at the moment, depends on how much you want to spend.  There are bed specialist stores most of which will have sales on at the moment.

Do you require a specific mattress ..like orthopaedic or  memory foam  etc?

Personally I am not that impressed by memory foam mattresses ....  don't like em noooo:

There is a shop in Northampton, or at least there was called Sofa King, the signs all over the windows used to make me chuckle every time, they were along the lines of 'prices here are Sofaking low'!
