Slow progress. Still struggling to walk far. Still taking steriods which apparently are going to make me diabetic. Something to look forward to there. They took me off statins when I was in hosp. My collesterol is now 9.5 so expecting another stroke any time soon. Got a date for my cataract op - 22 Nov. They wanted to do it on the 15 Nov - I said I could think of better things to do on my birthday thanx! Something else to look forward to. The steroids have also started a cataract off in the other eye. Joy.
