In August I cleaned an infected PC for someone, their son was about to go to Uni and the box was a mess. Anyway it got fixed and lotsa instructions giving about being careful etc.

This morning got a call  saying PC is screwed again - Limewire being the culprit - someone clicked YES and now antivirus and loads more is disabled.

Expect sick PC to arrive this evening.
