 lol:

The old black and white vampire films did it for me. I used to watch then on Saturday nights with my older brother and sister when our parents were out.

Time Tunnel was a TV programme that was shown in Singapore in the mid-sixties don't know if it was shown over here but scared me.

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

I went to the cinema to watch the 1st Alien film. There was a scene in the lab , not the chest busting one, but where they thought   the critter in the test tube was a dead un.
The audio goes quiet and you can hear your heart beating. Your brain is yelling at you to prepare yourself for the jumpy moment. You kind of close your eyes but it's taking ages and you open them again just at   the exact time the thing jerks to life and the soundtrack booms into your earlobes.

I screamed so loud people turned round to look at me

Evil Dead 2, not for me but for the mouthy bugger on an army cadet weekend boasting that no horror film could scare him...

Having seen the film previously I waited till just the right moment to clap him on the shoulder.  eveilgrin:

Took a couple of hours to calm him down afterwards.

I went to the cinema to watch the 1st Alien film.

Saw Alien Resurrection in the cinema.  wasn't the film that scared me but the dozy bint in front. The film had just got to the scene where the queen is bonding with the half human thing she had just given birth to this  half human  when this voice pipes up with "awwww thats so cute, just like me and karl"  eeek:

Obviously from one of the more inbred. Isolated villages.
