Didn't watch it so can't comment on the programme but I can tell you it goes on among the youngsters and is very worrying.
The kids on the receiving end now have nowhere that they can feel safe in.

The THW was one such. It took us months to discover that she was being threatened over the internet, via Facebook, email, Bebo, even on the school website. Threats like "We are going to burn your house one night soon" kept her awake and in a state of terror for ages after we found the culprits and got it stopped.
