It's wrong for someone to say to your appeal court 'overturn this or our tourist business is double fucked' but that could be the truth of the matter

Two things seem to be indisputable: the police effed up and she didn't get a fair trial.  Lot's of debatable inferences from that but it's hard to escape the conclusion that any git planning a rape based excursion will have moved Cyprus near to first place on his destination list.
