Things that strike fear in the heart........

Ok .....just had an email from a group of girls that don't get to meet up very often. They are organising our Christmas get together

We were thinking of drinks in xxxxxx and then go on to a Japanese Karaoke bar in xxxxx

The only place to do Karaoke is in a place, in a city, and in a country to which you will never return.

Trouble is that next week I'll be breaking my own rule  scared2:

OK, 'fessing up time...

Some sleazy very exclusive clip-joint Karaoke Bar in downtown Seoul, South Korea being entertained ( eeek: ) by the Product Development & Design team ( + secretaries) of a growing company. I was assured that it was quite normal obligatory and everyone would take their turn and, true to their word, they did!

After several beers... and a few more, my turn came to pick from the menu...  scared2:

Oh, I forgot... there's more!  Once on a trip to Taiwan there was an afternoon when nothing much was going on (meetings etc.) so I was asked if I wanted to spend some time with the family and do what they were doing. Fine by me, I thought...
