Wha'? Shrugs:

Why the  redface: ?

Is it me?  cry:

Told you, I'll keep a low profile in their presence, and I promise not to pull silly faces at the babby that could make it scream.

Glad they're looking forward to it at least anyway. cloud9:

It's going to be a day to remember, and JOM and Tip'gip' are possibly coming now too.  cloud9:

Serious question and not trying to hi-jack the thread.

Do you have a decent show of this sort in Cyprus? ... If not it could be a good earner for the organiser! Take a couple of years to make it a real money spinner, in fact you'd prolly be lucky to break even at first but once established $$$$$$$$$$$$!
That was the real motive behind Beaulieu in the beginning ..... and it saved his stately home from the bailiffs!

There are shows...

Problem here Snoops (for this sort of thing anyway) is that the place is tiny - ~750,000 population - you can imagine how many of them have classic cars or an interest in classic cars...

That goes for most other things or business ventures you can think of too - there simply isn't the demand - it also explains why things such as technology items are sooo expensive here - the volumes are so tiny (compared to the UK)...

Restoring the Mini has been a nightmare in some ways... stuff I could order on the Intermong for a few quid in the UK and have delivered the next day costs £££££££££££££s here and you have to drive all over the town to find the shop that has it... So, I have to be thinking several steps ahead all the time to make sure I've go the stuff on order...

Bit like this part of Wales then.

Have to travel into England to see anything worthwhile ... apart from the mountains, the sea and the countryside.

Oh there are many plus points here too ..... one of which is the sparseness of the population for 3/4 of the year. There are places to go where you can spend all day and not see another person, where the views are superb and the peace sublime. cloud9:

Then of course there are the Welsh  evil:
Fortunately only 10% of this area admit to being Welsh (see last census)
