Well, I downloaded the recommended software and then clicked run on the .exe file.

The error message reads says it is not a valid Win32 application and it won't effing werk!!  cussing:

Any suggestions???

I usually un-install the download and then try again ..... It sometimes works.
If not I give up and forget about it.

Sounds like you may have downloaded the 64bit version.
