Horlicks... sick2:

Ovaltine... sick2:

Missus and I were discussing this last night. She had asked if I wanted to take a cup of tea up to bed and I remarked that there was a time when I would chase her up the stairs but after 23 years together we are discussing taking a cuppa with us instead of thinking "Bedtime!  eyes:"
That led on to other bedtime drinks ... We agreed that Chocolate was best, Horlicks second best (for me but she hates it) Ovaltine neither of us had tasted since we were children and then we remembered that coffee substitute "Barley Cup"  sick2:

We settled on Hot Choccy. She went to sleep with hers half finished and I lay listening to the cricket. How life changes  noooo:

Did she listen to the cricket before then...? Shrugs:

No ~ I listen to it throughout the night using headphones rather than disturb anyone else. Yes she does like cricket but doesn't like the radio on all night.

Mr Wench has moved into the living room with Brother Wench on inflatable mattresses and they are watching on sky sports news.  noooo:

Phew. They have just set off. Went caving last night and then curry takeaway.

Mr C's dongle has vanished without trace which remains a mystery  noooo:

Bit of an architecturally themed drive about and then a visit to my childhood inspiration, George The Stuffed Gorillla. We all marvelled at his mahoosive stuffed willy, especially Miss C  eeek:

Jolly good pub lunch and back to Nick Towers for further futile dongle hunting, hob nobs, ranting and giggling.

Miss C enjoyed industrial quantities of Pinot and we then carried her to the van.

SUccessful weekend which we all survived, just  confused:

 surrender:

We spent a rather lovely weekend in Nottingham.  Other than the guacamole incident the arse over tit incident, prior to our arrival, Nick not me, and the dissapearing dongle incident nothing went wrong. eeek:

George does indeed have a willy to be proud of and proud it most certainly was. eeek:

The sheet ice, on the whole did not deter us.

The Trip was interesting to say the least and we saw some mahoosive  houses and bits of rock.

Mr C took some interesting pictures of the floor tiles in the hall way of Nick Towers 3/4 as you do!

Oh and the soup which I took with me to dispose of returned with us and is now fermenting nicely in the hall way.

I think the dongle fairy must have taken it.

I reckon it is somewhere within the mysterious mechanics of the sofa bed.

When we last moved from one house to another the removal men, for ease of getting it out through the doors, took our sofa bed apart ..... we found all sorts of stuff that had been missing for years!  redface:
