Well they only have to flick a switch in the local exchange to turn it back on.

Anywhooo it's their problem to resolve, not yours.

My sister has been in dispute with BT about their crap service since July. An engineer came yesterday and finally fixed her line. In the process he managed to disconnect the lines of every other flat in her block  noooo:
