My first car was a ninth hand one of these. Cost me £25 in 1965 ...



I ran it for a year and part exed it for one of these ( also with a number of previous owners) ...


I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

We got one of these when I was 5. He was called Arthur  cloud9: and had orange ears



My dad had to install his own heater  eeek:



My first car was one of these in custard yellow. She was called Lulu  redface:







She died on the A3  sad24:, mind you at least she had survived the police controlled explosion

My sister and I used to sit in the back and whack on the side to make the ears come out when we went around a corner!  lol:

And when it rained, it splashed off the wings and into the engine bay rendering it useless...

We used to paint it bright green every year with brushes...  ;D

I'm fairly sure the reg was XCG 369 - daft the stuff you can remember...  noooo:
