One for Miss D and the laydees
« on: January 21, 2011, 05:12:35 PM »
Many many years ago (1982?) I found myself teaching an adult ed evening class. One of my students was a young weakling called Donald. Nice guy, but not too bright.

About week 3 he started to turn up at class sweating like a pig. It seems he had enrolled primarily to get access to the college gym where he spent 2 hours a day pumping iron.

Still he was willing  noooo: but dim  noooo:

During the 9 months of the course he swelled from being a six stone weakling to some kind of Goliath  eeek:

Next I heard he was Christopher Reeves' stand in on Superman  eeek:

I now see him on telly all the time in ads for Sky and now for Churchill Insurance. Must be coining it.  evil:

Just for the laydees, here he is:

I have his phone number  whistle:

Nick, like many of us, is an disillusioned man.

But we keep coming back for more  ::)

Ommm I'm telling on you Nick.  Miss D is having a bad day and you are implying that she is not a laydee
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
