This morning's crossword .... 23 down ... 4 letters "Stab a slug".

I can't move my brain away from "Poon"!  Banghead
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Oh dear. noooo:

I once completed the Telegraph Crossword whilst on a long and somewhat tedious train journey.  The fact that I had to use the word 'trout' several times in order to complete it was pure coincidence I am sure. angel1
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
