You've timed coming down here perfectly Steve, the season hasn't really kicked in yet so everywhere isn't full of tourists and cruise ship passengers but there are still a load of events going on. 
Yep late June is always a good time for a holiday in Europe. Even so there were loads of German coaches around. But thankfully not too many caravans
Hadn't intended doing Cornwall, plan was to do (just in Cornwall) Tintagel and then go to Dartmouth but realised we could just fit in St Michael's Mount which was brilliant. Must have gone near you - should have waved, sorry.
