I finished at 7am on Tuesday, went for a couple of pints of breakfast at 9am, asleep by 11am. Got up again at 5pm and stayed up until about 11pm. Bed, then up again yesterday at 5am, 4 pints of breakfast at 9am, bit of shopping then bed again at midday, up at 6pm. Stayed up until about 2am. Woke up today about 11am.
I'm trying to train my body to wake up later so on my 1st night I haven't been up for over 24 hours, we'll see.
