Good Morning.  Thanks but the eldest has just brought me a mug together and a plate with 4 biscuits.   cloud9: cloud9: cloud9:
It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.

Just eaten a couple of rashers of smoked bacon in a toasted bagel ... 3rd cup of tea in front of me and first ciggy of the day lit. Feeling better about life now.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Hold onto that feeling I don't suppose it will last for long.

We had a discussion about bagels last night. I have never quite come to terms with them. noooo:

Best part of working night shifts when living in London was being able to buy fresh bagels at 5am in Golders Green or the Yiddish bakery at Gants Hill to take home for brekky  cloud9:

Also I took great pleasure in buying the Sunday papers at 10pm on a Saturday in Fleet Street.

In North Wales my bagels come in "long life packs" and the Sunday Papers don't arrive until 9am on Sunday. It ain't the same when the bagels are weeks old and the news is already all over the radio and internet. evil:

I can quite see that it wouldn't be the same.  You have I suspect hit the nail on the head I have never had a fresh bagel the few that I have had were the sort you get from a supermarket.  Worlds apart I guess.
