Late for duty   

The VP school really is failing at the moment.

The night school annexe cause all sorts of mayhem in the early hours.
The workshop is being taken over by BM and his 'projects' .
The maths lessons from Uncle M are a bit intermittent to say the least. 
JOM's cookery school has all but ceased to exist .
Pastis has failed to produce any new works of art lately.
Snoopy's career advice service has dried up.
Tipsy is never here for her physical education studies, although seems to have developed a passion for geography instead.
And DS 's history lessons seems a little thin on the ground .

Call in OFSTED as quick as you can and grant us Academy status, that should shake things up a bit

OFSTED (ESTYN in Wales) ~ 95% staffed by teachers who have taken early retirement and are being paid a pension (inflation proofed) + a handsome salary... with a second pension to look forward to.
 Meanwhile I note the "Public Sector" is doing b*gger all in your list.
