When you go into your local shop for ciggy supplies and a newspaper do you not say good morning to your newsagent and do they not reply "Good Morning"?

If you pass your neighbour as you come out of the house each day do you not greet one another?

When you arrive at wherever you are working do you not say "Good morning" and do they not reply?

OK so you don't like it .... we accept that. We don't expect you to greet us each day because you have told us often enough that you don't consider it "Gruff" or "Tuff" or whatever but if it pleases us to greet each other why should that be a cause for upset? Why can we not do what we want and you opt out if you so choose without you moaning about it and throwing insults about?

You don't understand common civility? Learn to live with it mate because we like it and we are not going to stop.


Oh and don't get in a huff ~ you are the one that likes plain speaking after all.

I just find it a bit strange...almost funny in fact...saying it over and over again every day IN HERE that's all.
Why don't you just re-fresh the thread when you get up and read the 'good mornings' that have already been posted from everyone.

Here you go, here's mine, and a great deal more effort and personalised than your feeble grunts every morning too. ::)
