Good morning all.

The bruv rings me this morning. They have been looking after the MIL's dog while she was on holiday. Yesterday morning the bruv let his 2 dogs and the MIL's dog out into the garden as per ususal, then started doing some reports for work. After half an hour he made himself a cup of tea - and could only see his two dogs in the garden. Hmmmmmm.  The MIL's dog has escaped before so he went up and down his neighbours to see if it was in their garden. No joy. He checked the swimming pool (cover on) - no joy. Phoned police/dog warden/Battersea dogs home. No joy.

11 hours pass and still no news. He drove up to the MIL's house in Walton-on-the-Hill to see if the dog had found its way home. No joy. Returned home and decided to check the pool again.

There, in the far corner under the cover it was, rather dead. Not good.

MIL returns from holiday today...

  • What a dead end job . .
"Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Well, someone had to say it!
