I've just opened a letter from my bank, Nat West.It informs me that on 21/7/2010, I requested £40 from the ATM at the railway station, however, I didn't take the money.I remember it clearly - I was rushing around, went to te ATM, popped the card in, requested £40 and then took my card and left, forgetting to grab the cash. My mistake, thought no more of it.Nat West have informed me that they know I didn't take the money (how did they know?) and will put the £40 together with £3.34 interest back in my account within 7 days.

Nearly two and a half years later They are probably trying to entice you to reply and then slam you with a whole other host of charges, fines, etc .
