not fuckin funny. went to pick up the washing that had blown off and the door slammed shut. screamed for 40mins and slug-a-bed never heard me.  noooo:

finally a guy down the road (who thought I was being murdered) brought a ladder. I climbed up the balcony, straddled the railings (ouch) and broke in to my own home. Bloody sleeping beauty still scratching and snoring.


I feel so lucky to have him  cloud9:

Ipswich. Holy fuckamoly. Never have encountered such levels of mongosity and squinty-eyedness.

And one-way systems. And car parks that don't accept notes or debit cards.

It has been mentioned on this forum that I am not the tallest of men, but I feel like a giant here - they're all dwarves.

After I dropped the missus off, it took me an hour to find a car park which looks like it might take notes, but to be on the safe side I've bought a newspaper so that I have change.

I've taken temporary sanctuary in a Costa where they have given me a knife and fork to eat a Granola slice.

The only pub I can find with Wifi is "The Cricketers" - a Wetherspoon pub. Mongness abounds.

Old Speckled Hen for £2.25 a pint, mind.  I've now found a car park at a fairly reasonable £1/hr and its' only 3 minutes walk from the pub and office that the missus is visiting  :thumbsup:
