Morning 2 grieviances lodged against me this morning by the scouse twat in my team who had nearly 3 months off for a broken thumb.What does he have to moan about you may ask .Well he is aggrieved I never recommended that he get a pay progression lbut guess what he never met his objectives seeing as he was off for a quarter of the feckin year nursing or sucking his thumb.The second is that he was supposed to be involved in some project ( above and beyond his normal duties) for which he would have been paid a small honorarium. Guess what he only managed a few days before going off Tom and Dick and still thinks he should be paid something.Now both these grieviances will be easy to deal with but it's the feckin time.Formal letters, rights to representation, meetings with 'adequate' notice etc etc etc.
Oooo free punch yes please, you should have put some jelly babies in but the bottle of rum was an excellent idea. Well done that man. Meanwhile morning fellow, fellows raish a glashh to BM.
