Hideous day ahead ...a whole day interviewing some bloke for a disciplinary investigation . All I want to do is sit there and just say you should go  ....but every angle will have to be used and every avenue gone down.

Oh Miss D  do as Uncle suggests and don't go back into the room until you ear the bang or knocking off time looms when you should go back in and do the decent thing.  Leave the cleaning up for the cleaners like.

Did I say he is a Union shop steward  who has already been offered an 'incentive ' to go but has refused because it is all a campaign of prejudice against him.

Even though he actually threw a whole mug of coffee ( just made) at his manager  - though of course claims it was against the wall in anger and frustration
