When I lived in Shropshire DEFRA in their wisdom decided that we all had to count the trees on our boundaries.  We did it.  To this day I have no idea what it was about. noooo:

I had an invitation in the post today .... To sign up as a life member of the Woodlands Trust..... Good plan ~ just as the Gubmint plan to sell off all the forests. ::)
