Got a new one .....saw it on CDWM........... redface:..........but is lovely even if you are not a sprout fan ..

boil a dozen sprouts for five mins (dont let them go soft), blend with half tub of cream cheese, 1 clove of garlic, plenty of salt n pepper and two big tsps of horseraddish sauce, also soak two slices of crustless bread...squeeze out the water and chuck that in the blender too. stick in tub in the fridge to set........
