Top marks from "nursey", I'm the lightest I've been since July 2010, all my bloods are good, still plenty of weight to lose, and get my "good cholesterol" levels up.... come back in nine months  :thumbsup:

oriental pork chops for the bbq.......score criss cross patterns on either side of your chops, then mix in a bowl the following....

1 tblsp finely chopped ginger (not nick)
1 crushed garlic clove
1 finely chopped chilli
2 tblsp dark soy sauce
1 tblsp ketchup
1 tblsp brown sugar

rub the mixture all over the chops, getting into all the little nooks (oooerrr)

leave in the fridge over night. BBq next day. yummy.

just made the most gorgeous potato salad. Boil some diced pots, let them cool and add the following..........salt, pepper, english mustard, mayo, chopped chives and lemon juice. Only enough to coat the potatoes, dont drown them in mayonaise.

Its a gordon ramsay recipe.. I made it to go with my homemade burgers for tonights bbq and have nearly finished it. yummy.

Ive just made lasagne for tomorrow night and along side me the eldest made apple and pear sponge pudding.
