Well done, but (seriously) why are you not managing this? They appear to be muppets  rubschin:

Gatwick=Crawley. Crawley=inbred halfwits.

The cronyism throughout the whole airport is terrible - most of the people in the management positions have been on the airport for decades (as they keep reminding you) but are dinosaurs and are in each others pockets, regardless of which company they work for. It's a merry-go-round - they get booted out of one company for failing spectacularly then a mate gets them a job in another. Then some companies go and new ones come in and whole circle starts again.

In you don't live in Crawley (or thereabouts) and don't socialise with the them then you are an "outsider". Not to be trusted.

When they reel out the old line of "I've been on this airport since 1834...." I simply reply saying that "my mother-in-law has been driving for nearly 50 years. But she's still a shit driver".

I do myself no favours.

Ah, Scunthorpe  :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Very similar, I would think.

The mad thing is that SleazyJet have just signed up with us for another 5 years, despite the sub-standard service they receive overall.

The one glimmer of hope on the horizon is if Gatwick gets a new runway. The American owners will not stand for any of the ground handling companies to be shown in a poor light - as Swissport were this summer - and licences to operate at the airport can be revoked with 90 days notice.

As SleazyJet has such a huge presence at Gatwick I can see them waiting until our performance falls below the aqreed standards and then dumping us. And then doing their own ground handling - the majority of our staff simply TUPE'd across.

We'd get nice orange uniforms, I suppose  noooo:

The universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements. Energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest.

Many a true word...only today I had to stamp the shit out of some unspeakable cunt's "The North Face" sports bag type thing that bounced off the bottom of the baggage chute and whacked me in the leg.

I have abrasions and bruises as a result.

He - Mr Steve Griffiths - has a nasty surprise when he lands in Geneva.

Where will his re-shaped bag be landing?
