Oh yes. The bastards. When you're trying to slide a 28kg bag along the hold floor it's bad enough, but when cling-filmed up the fu(kers don't slide. So they are hurled... Also today I offloaded a big bastard A330 from America and there were 259 bags on it. All of them heavy. I nearly shit myself when the first one said "Heavy - 51". Of course the septics still use pounds - all the rest are in kgs. So 51 pounds is sod all, I could lift it hang it off the end of my knob. Bloody Yanks.

Malaga flight just gone out an hour late - boyfriend and girlfriend going away together for the first time. She suddenly decides she's scared of flying, so we had to find and unload their bags. And all the other passengers had to get off too! Hilarious!
