For clarification - there are 3 types of PRMs - People of Reduced Mobility. Wheelchair Romeo can make it from the boarding gate to their seat, wheelchair Sierra need help to get from the gate to the aircraft door if there are steps, but can then make their way to their seat. Wheelchair Charlie are basically vegetables...

Airport was chaos for some reason, the car park was full despite few flights today... 

So I had to park up the road and wait...

Luckily she was wheel-chaired out to a spacca parking space so I could pull straight in and pick her up... 


PS She said the spacca service at Gatwick was excellent!

Wilson James is the company that provides it. They are either superb, or utter shite, no middle ground. I've had passengers waiting over an hour to be taken off a plane by them. Glad LL had a good experience. If you could ask her how clean the plane was...bearing in mind G-EZTK is a bit of an old shitter...
