So far 45 hours worth of delay, not including the aircraft stll on the ground hours after they should have left. End of day, easliy treble it. 3rd wave must be chopped now to ensure 1st wave tomorrow. The de-icers are paid £22/hr, not a bad wage. The rest of the year most of them return to "normal" ramp duties - loading bags into aircraft etc.
It's what I see daily at work - no-one actually wants to work anymore. Just take a wage for doing the very minimum.
