My Amazon order hasn't turned up  rubschin:

We're on to Stage 2 now after complaint #1 that it didn't arrive. 3 more days to wait and apparently they send it (a new one) again...  rubschin:

Anyone had this? I reckon it's been half inched somewhere along the process  noooo:

I only had the problem once...

They sent the replacement part and shortly after the original arrived too...

Overall I'm very pleased with Amazon...  cloud9:

I have had this problem a couple of times and they have always replaced without any problems.
