Married TV star wins 'worldwide' gagging order from judge

So my understanding of this is that this chap ( high profile celeb married with kids) has been having it away with this woman. Things have now obviously gone Pete Tong and she is trying to sell her story and pictures...however the judge feels that she is breaching his confidence .

So he has issued this ban for eternity and to cover the whole wide world and the t'internet to stop her publishing her story  ( it's a good job we value freedom of speech so highly in this country)  because "breaching his privacy would damage the health of the man and his family" .

So he is not a footballer as recent similar cases have failed on such grounds  rubschin:

OFFS this is an absurd interpretation of the law. As you say money counts but hey don't forget we are all in this together. cussing:

And how exactly does this Learned Judge intend to enforce a "World-Wide" gagging order?

Let us suppose that someone in North Korea knows who it is and posts it on the net. Does our learned friend actually expect that the North Korean Government are going to deliver up to him one of their nationals in order that he may impose sentence?
The whole thing is a farce. The facts are well known in the media and it will come out eventually. We just have to sit and wait. It will pop up on Wikileaks in time.

Meanwhile the order says nothing about a bit of speculation among friends.

Now remind me ~ does the UK have an extradition treaty with Northern Cyprus? whistle:

Tales of the wronged woman, shot on location and in a number of different swimming costumes and bikini's unfair. She needed the vacation to get over the stress of it all. You know what it's like.

You must have been soooooooooooooooo stressed out you never came back like ...or aren't allowed to come back   rubschin:. But that may be more because of our gag reflex  lol: lol: lol:
