Things that brighten the day...

This little fella, born 2012hr's 23.12.11. He's one hour old in this picture. I have to admit that tears were shed (by me Darwin/Barman et al) when I held him for the first time  cloud9:  cloud9:  cloud9:  cloud9:  cloud9:

Congratulations JOM and Jomelettes.

A fine Xmas present for you all.

Sorry I was slow getting through the posts, as I hinted, they can be a bit more absorbing of your time when they get older.
I mostly despair

The day I brought little un home from the hospital, the eldest got the nose cone stuck up his nostrill.  Panic was beginning to set in with me but he sneezed and it came out.
It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.

My reading of this is that "Little 'un" had been born in hospital, Tipsy came home with new baby, elder child was playing with Thunderbird and shoved the nose cone up his nostril causing Tipsy some alarm.
Nobody had been ill.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
