Printing problems

Trying to print a 24 page Excel spreadsheet (and yes there is toner in the printer  ::))

Have highlighted cells, defined print area and still the printer spits out blank paper!!!  cussing: cussing:

Is there something I am missing???

You have to set up the print area in Excel if I remember...?

Yes, select the area... then File >>> Print Area >>> Set Print area

He prolly has to clear the old print area but buggered if I'm gonna tell him now...  noooo:

I'd just do a Print Preview and see what it shows like... whistle:

His printer is prolly on the pavement by now. He'll be looking though Yellow Pages for a "same day call out" glazier I 'spect.  spider:
