Generally don't feel well, so

...I have this  firm belief that if you feel generally unwell you should punish your body with harsh excercise to kill the unwellnussnus, so that is exactly what I'm going to do, RIGHT NOW.
I've had enough of sloping around like a wounded weakened bear all day long. I'm angry now. cussing:

Whatever it was/is/going to be, my get weller formula worked.
I feel much betterer today, albeit with achy legs.
Another magical medical tip from Growler. If you are physically able to, simply get off your arse and give yourself the biffters.  cloud9:

Sadly, I cannot find a definition for the werd 'BIFTERS', but I've been using it for years tbh.

From the  Growler Definition of Odd Phraseiology Dickshunarry, it is to 'push oneself hard, to werk at something flat out until you're fit to drop, to do ones best'.

Been 'bifftering' in the gym tonight. Feel bloody gizzy now tbh, buzzin' in fact! razz:

Weighed meself again, and I've lost more weight, so to all of you's that scorned and laughed at me when I mentioned joining up last year............ Finger:

I've got to keep it up 'cus I'm going to Switzerland in October to climb a monster big 'ill (twice) to watch an air show. cloud9:
