Street 'musicians'
« on: July 14, 2011, 12:18:51 PM »
I regulary have to drive through this little town...Nick'll know it..Heswall...and this bloke is always standing there in the main street, playing one of this mahoosive squeezy box things.
Dreadful instruement, equally dreadful racket and absolutely no wonder his 'giz a 10p for a pot of tea mate bag' on the pavement  always appears to be empty.
I'm obviously not alone in thinking, why do you actually bother matey?
You are actually getting on everyones tits, so SOD OFF! evil:

I've got some sympathy for him... least he is doing something instead of just shoving a tin in your face or sitting on a pile of rugs with a sorrowful looking dog....

Having grown up in Cornwall I'm used to seeing loads of street performers out and while you are going to come across some who are obviously tone deaf there are also some real gems out there as well.

The universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements. Energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest.

Don't get me wrong like. I do like some of these street musicians. Some of them are most excellent and well werth a listen too, but this poor sod is so pitiful with his equally pitiful 'thing'.
P'raps je's doing it deliberately. Hoping we'll all feel sorry for him and chuck a quid in.

I like sorrowful looking dogs btw. cloud9:
I'd defo chuck a tin of Winalot in if he had one.

Loose and tasty crumpet invited then, yes?

I could bring my 45's from the 60's and 70's, and joss sticks (sp) and flares and tanktops, and beads and timted JL glasses too!
We could have 'fun'...all night long....(until 11 pm anyway when I'll be kerknackered. ::) )
