Misunderstandings

The Brat came in to my room last night and asked when we were going on holiday . "Why " I reply suspicously  rubschin:

Because I’m flying to France with the Air cadets on the 9th August she states. eeek:

I look at her bemused.

“But I haven’t received a letter from them “ I say …”how much is this going to cost I follow up with quickly”

Dunno – is her ever so helpful but typical response. ::)

“Where are you flying from ,  is it Heathrow or Gatwick”  I , not too unreasonably I don’t think , enquire.

“Duuurrrrrrrrrrr mum it’s Air Cadets”   she sneers.

Getting a bit lost and confused now I still pursue the same line of enquiry. “ Who are you flying with then “ I say.

“Mum it’s with the AIR CADETS “ she says whilst rolling her eyes and sighing really deeply. ::)

Still not getting it she then really , really feckin sarcastically says  “ What are the Air Cadets part of mum, yes that’s right they fly planes .  I am flying with a pilot in a RAF plane as part of the Air Cadets.  They don’t fly out of Heathrow or Gatwick y'know "

She also said to me the other day " I've seen more violence than you could ever imagine "  - she clearly has no idea what goes on in my imagination  lol:
