Can you taste milk when you put that in a cake? I was gonna say the Guinness has lots of bubbles so it aerates the cake, but I know you'd suggest using Aero to cut out the middle man as it were  lol:

Mince that CAKE up in yer blender and stuff some flour in it and cook it again. Top tip that I reckon.  happy088

Just cooking and understanding nutrition and science of food. Not enough practicals for my liking though  noooo:

My mate Philip wanted to make a record rack. He was told he had to make a toast rack instead. So he made a toast rack that held 60 pieces of toast. He failed too  noooo:
