In case you don't have a mouse.

I thought that....  ;)

But how do you get to 'Reply' wivout one...? Shrugs:

You have time to think cos me power is going off at half past!  lol:

Keyboard controls - tab, alt key sequences etc.
All Windows must be navigable by keys - that's the standard anyway.

I tried that but I couldn't get it to werk easily...

I conclude that it is merely to save you taking yer fingers off the keyboard and clicking the mouse in order to submit your message - like this

A whole new direction:

Why, when I fired up the pooter this morning, did all the crap to get into it (Passwords etc), and waited for it to load did it then inform me that it needed to restart to install a Thunderbird update?

Having "allowed" that and gone through the whole log-in, password, wait, routine it told me it needed to restart to install AVG updates so I "allowed" that and repeated the log-in, password, wait, routine ...... THEN the B@ST@RD thing told me that it would restart again in 5 minutes to enable it to install Windows fvcking Service Pack  Banghead

SOOOOooooooooo I "allowed" that and repeated the log-in, password, wait, routine!

It took me almost a fecking hour to get here this morning .... I'd have done it quicker on the bus! cussing:
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
