What's this extremely bright star that I saw shimmering in the southern sky at midnight last night then ey? rubschin:
Dunno if it was abirof  cloud moving in front of it llike, but it seemed to be fading then going brighter again like, sort of pulsating like. Most odd. eeek:

Are we all doomed? Is this THE dreaded Planet X  the doom merchants have been rabbiting on about for quite a while now, the suns massive twin, hurtling towards us all like, and due to fry us all in 12-18 months? eeek:

Apparently it is visible  ..... just at the end of the "handle" of "The Plough"

So if Growler's bright star was near the Plough then that is the one

...... if it was anywhere else .... It was prolly the Space Station
