It is becoming much more common that I am tootaling along and thinking about various things. That would be a good idea I thinks. Must do that I thinks. Must get that I thinks.
Half an hour later when trying to retrieve my thoughts I can't for the life of me remember what I was going to do. It may be that several days later , often when no longer required , they will come flooding back.
I have ruled out alzheimer's as a possibility cos there is no chance I can spell that so have come to the conclusion that my head is full and needs to be defragged.
What is the best way to get rid of stuff in there I no longer need so that I can remember stuff again ?
